Kite festival. That sounds awesome. And nearly impossible. I'm still not sure to this day I've been able to keep a kite off the ground for more than 5 seconds...
Ahhhhhh! So I may have walked right past you. My sister was visiting so we were playing tourist and I was quite surprised to see all the kites when walking across the mall. My sister wondered if it was normal.
