  • Knotting Hil

  • 2. What’s your favorite food blog and why?

Hubert Keller, he is so French and yet so California at the same time. Honorable Mention: Ted Allen

    6. When in the kitchen, do you wear an apron, if so, any cute ones you’d like to share?

    I probable should but I don't (yet)

    7. Is there anything that intimidates you when it comes to baking/cooking? (ex. Pie crust, yeast breads, sauces, etc…)

New recipes, and turning on our grill

    8. What’s the weirdest gadget in your kitchen?

Remote meat thermometer, husband loves it ~ I can't get it to work

    9. What’s your go-to music for cooking/baking?

    ??something upbeat??

    10. After several failures, what do you do to motivate yourself to get back in the kitchen to try again?

Make an oldie but goodie, a favorite dish that I know how to make and I love eating.

  1. I haven't seen (or even heard of) The Four Seasons...

I love my Crock Pot too- and I'm also scared to turn on a grill!

  2. 1) I've never seen The Four Seasons, maybe I should check it out.

    3) Completely on point comments regarding Hubert Keller.

    5) Do you have a recipe for Shephard's Pie? It's something I'd love to try to make this winter.

  4. I have never grilled anything in my life! That job always fell to my dad. The place I am not does not allow grills. I guess that okay, since I don't know how to use a grill anyway.

  5. I had never before heard of a remote meat thermometer. I don't need one, but I do wonder how they work.
